1) Noise measuring method
Noise is measured in accordance to ANSI (SI29-1979). The microphone is placed at the
operator’s position, 3.28 ft (1 m) from the printer.
2) Noise
• In operation : 53 dBA or less
• In standby mode : 30 dBA or less [Except Idling Operation]
(Meansured at the front of each printer without option tray)
• In power saving mode : Back ground level
